The Accounting Career Awareness Program (ACAP) is a professional and personal youth development program serving students of color who are underrepresented in the accounting and business fields. Through mentorship and ACAP’s signature Residency Week summer program, ACAP offers educational, development, and advancement opportunities for participants, and fosters diversity in the accounting profession.
